Business Analyst

Join a leading luxury fashion brand and play a key role in delivering impactful digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, facilitating UAT, supporting dashboard UI/UX design, and driving change management activities to ensure successful solution delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD).
• Design dashboard UI/UX mock-ups and support solution design.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop user guides, training materials, and communication plans to support change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
