Business Application Manager -ERP/CRM implementations

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and design tailored ERP solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to enhance business processes, automate workflows, and improve management reporting.
  • Lead ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, and integration.
  • Prepare project documentation and provide end-user training.
  • Offer ongoing support and advisory services for ERP and CRM systems post-implementation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting (or a related field); accounting knowledge is essential.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with a focus on accounting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in using and supporting in-house or off-the-shelf accounting software
  • Strong interest in IT advisory and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business improv.ments.
  • Ability to perform detailed gap analysis and offer practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide end-users effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and how they integrate with ERP solutions.
  • Good Stakeholder management
