Business Continuity Specialist

A leading insurtech is hiring a Business Continuity Specialist to join their growing team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the BCM program
• Attend strategic planning meetings with senior stakeholders
• Ensure the business recovery solutions are implemented and tested periodically
• Set up security policy and procedures
• Risk monitoring and report the impact on business operations
• Develop Business Continuity trainings for staff

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years' BCM, crisis management experience in Financial insitutions
• Ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders
• Good understanding of BCM standards, experience with crisis/incident management, BCM certification are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
