The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product opportunities. This person should have a demonstrated track record of initiating and driving high-value partnerships with the largest and most important companies across the region. Must have a high EQ and the ability to strategically approach new business opportunities and over-achieve targets.


  • Draw out a market map and prioritize a target list based on overall potential.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners that fit into our client's strategy
  • Drive growth and build the partner network for our client by prospecting, qualifying and closing new partnerships with MNCs
  • Initiate and finalise contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both organisations
  • Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis


  • 12+ years of proven success in business development and/or partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Ability to combine business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex deals
  • Must have the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
  • Must have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and build out a team eventually
  • Must be very organized and communicate well in an ever-changing environment
