Our client helps connect sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants with their real estate needs by connecting them with property agents in a brand new online platform - the first of its kind in Asia. This company is still a start up and just launched last year in Singapore.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, highly ambitious sales person, ready to be part of the founding team. Agent Success will be the focus of the role. You will be responsible to generate your own leads on top of handling those coming directly to the company website.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process, with both sides of the marketplace
  • Research and cold-call or meet prospective clients or agents per day
  • Create a community, build strong relationships and onboard them on our platform
  • Represent the client with professionalism
  • Drive revenue growth by over-achieving and meeting KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1+ years of Sales experience
  • Must be able to communicate with Agents in Chinese and English
  • Exceptional skills on the phone
  • Autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy
