Business Development Manager
An established Chinese fintech firm is on the lookout for Business Development Managers to join their expanding team in Singapore.
As the firm is beginning their expansion in Singapore, they are looking out for proactive and driven Business Development managers to acquire new businesses and to grow the network in Singapore. The firm is highly established in China, and is quickly gaining traction in the Singapore market, thus the expansion of their Business Development team. The main responsibilities for this role include managing existing client relationships with SMEs and hunting for new clients by generating leads from both existing networks and cold calling. The salary package for this role includes a monthly basic salary coupled with an attractive commissions scheme where commissions are paid out quarterly.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- 1-5 years of account management/sales/BDM experience in a bank or FI
- Service oriented and client focused work ethic
- Experienced with SME clients
- Highly self motivated and driven work attitude
- Excellent communication skills
