Business Development Manager
An established fintech firm is looking to hire a motivated Business Development manager to join its expanding Business Development team.
Due to the firm's expansion plans in the region, they are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly motivated BD manager to grow their corporate accounts. The firm has been highly successful and is thus creating new headcounts for their Business Development team. The main responsibilities for this role include managing existing client relationships with SMEs and expanding the firm's network by generating leads from both existing networks and cold calling. The firm has an attractive commissions scheme where commissions are paid out quarterly with average commissions of up to 3,000 monthly.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- 1-5 years of account management/ sales/ BDM experience in a bank or FI
- Experience with SMEs will be highly advantageous
- Highly self-motivated and driven work attitude
- Excellent communication skills
