Business Development Manager

Job description

Our client, a leading global online brokerage firm, is seeking a high-calibre Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This role will be instrumental in driving High-Net-Worth client acquisition within the investment sector.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Identify and reach out to potential High-Net Worth clients
  • Introduce them to the company's offerings and connect them with internal specialists
  • Assist with outreach initiatives and support lead generation activities
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development efforts

The ideal candidate should have the following: -

  • Actively engage potential referrers and prospects to generate a pipeline of prospects
  • Tight follow up with prospects to convert them into clients and ensure healthy funding
  • Degree holder with banking or sales experience preferred
  • Meticulous and mature personality, with a high level of initiative and drive
  • Strong team player with good relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
