Our client: Our client is a globally recognized research and data company, predominantly providing services to the financial industry.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and maintain these relationships
- Meet company set sales targets and KPIs while also ensuring best practices are used
- Manage and run the end to end sales process- including prospecting and connecting with key decision makers, taking part in demos and proposals and closing the deals/contract negotiation
- Using a consultative sales approach- therefore having a deep understanding of clients' business models and needs while also evaluating their pain points.
- Work cross functionally with other teams to ensure the best service is offered to the clients
- 2 years plus of sales and strategic account management experience in a similar role in the B2B space
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills- ability to interact with senior executives
- Proven track record in achieving sales and maintaining long term relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and the data space is a plus
