Business Development Manager

Our client is a digital card payments platform which enables any payment made by bank transfer today to be shifted to a credit card, regardless of whether the recipients accept credit cards. Users will earn mileage, points, rebates whenever they use the platform.
They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager.
As a Sales Professional, you'll bring a hunter mentality and lead the sales efforts across SME clients. You have a strong understanding of the needs of SMEs and are ready to passionately sell the product for value proposition in Singapore and beyond. Drive new customer acquisition through accurate prospecting and an excellent understanding of customer needs. Establish excellent customer relationships to drive retention and ongoing user engagement. Develop excellent product knowledge and handle customer concerns and questions seamlessly. Gather feedback on how to enhance our product and service. Liaise with the product team to prioritise new features and enhancements for these customers.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- At least 4 years of experience as an SME-facing Account Manager in the Financial and Investment sector, cards or fintech industry
- A strong SME network locally
- excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
