Our client is the global leader in employment services and is a local leader in the provision of advertising solutions, publications, and other hiring services. They have an exciting opportunity that has arisen and they are hiring for a proven Business Development Manager.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for manage a set of key MNC accounts. You will ensure that these accounts are serviced across all company solutions and that there is a consistent level of cross-selling occurring. You will also be responsible for creating new business opportunities and identifying new clients to bring onboard the company platform. The business has an aggressive sales environment and you are expected to be meeting clients regularly on a face to face basis. You will have a competitive salary package along with an excellent commission structure.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Saas or media
- Proven experience managing large-spend accounts
- Proven sales track record in acquiring new businesses
- Hunger and sales-driven mentality
