Business Development Manager - Commercial Real Estate

You will be a instrumental player of our client's commercial team, trusted upon as a pitch master and relationship builder. Your responsibilities will include
- Developing and recommending market penetration strategies into new segments for the assigned territory
- Representing the organization in pitching and contract negotiations
- Building robust relationships with new and existing accounts to maximize market share
- Following through with business development and sales plans to drive revenue as necessary
- Keeping abreast of competitor, industry and economic conditions and movements to stay ahead of competition
- Prior sales and/or business development experience in real estate is essential
- Degree, Diploma in Business, Real Estate and/or related fields
- Proficient in English and communication skills
- Analytical with interpersonal savviness for building professional network and influencing stakeholders across all levels
- Entrepreneurially spirited with a strong go-getter mindset
