Business Development Manager (General Insurance)

Our client, an established Insurance Broker, is hiring for a Business Development Manager to oversee their business growth and strategy planning. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with business partners, working with the business development team in expanding the clientele base, managing the operations team, and improving operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an Insurance Broker, preferably in General Insurance/Employee Benefits
• Some experience in managing and leading a team
• BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications are preferred
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required to liase with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree or equivalent, any field
