Business Development Support & Events Associate (ETF)

Our client, a leading fund manager in Asia, is hiring for a Business Development Support Associate to support the growth of NAM Asia's ETF business. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of NAM Asia's ETF business while navigating the complexities of the ETF ecosystem in Singapore. The scope includes monitoring daily trading volumes, and collaborating on policy reforms with the Stock Exchange to ensure seamless investor experiences. Additionally, the incumbent will work closely with the Marketing team to organize ETF events, maintain pitch decks, and support engagement with potential partners.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• <3 years of relevant experience in asset management, with a good understanding of ETF market dynamics
• Basic knowledge of index methodology and regulatory framework
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to review and work on materials in Chinese for Hong Kong ETFs
• Strong presentation and communication skills
