Business Improvement Lead APAC

One of our client, a Medical company is looking for a Business Improvement Lead. You will the key member of the Service & Repair APAC. In charge of Project management, Operation Excellence, Change Management, Compliance with all local, regional, and global company policies, as well as local regulations.

Your main responsabilities are:

  • Implement of Lean/Six Sigma/Medtronic Operating System methodology across all APAC sites
  • Implement project tracking mechanism for service & repair
  • Track ongoing service & repair projects with regular report-out on progress and expected outcomes
  • Evaluate complaints and work with the relevant managers to develop systems to prevent recurrence of issues reported through the complaints system
  • Identify, support and monitor the key elements of effective practice, audit and quality issues, research, risk management and health and safety
  • Promote, in collaboration with section managers and heads of service, continuous improvement through activities including compliance, process analysis, risk management, research, education and training
  • Forecast and tracking of cost savings, efficiency gains, and / or revenue gains per project
  • Formulate annual budget for manpower, OPEX, and CAPEX including savings related to ongoing projects
  • Build key relationships within supply chain to enhance all cross-functional process flows
  • Develop a performance measurement framework in order to track enhancements to the quality of support delivered

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Ability to analyse and interpret service activity data
  • Demonstrate passion for continuously improving the customer experience
  • Communication skills, including an ability to communicate clearly and assertively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Development of quality systems ensuring adherence to internal audit and regulation standards
  • BS degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading mid to large scale projects
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification; Certified Project Management Professional
  • Experience of business improvement and system/process re-engineering
  • Ability to travel domestically/regional/international up to 30% of time
