My client is a leading player in the global Real Estate Investment arena. Due to continued business expansion, they are keen to add a Business Manager in their Investment Support division.

This position plays a key role in supporting the execution of Real Estate investments through the development of the frameworks which impact the end to end process with a focus around governance, operational risk & investment approvals. Further, to work on process reviews with a focus on improving efficiency and workflows.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 6+ years' of working experience within a similar role
  • Ideally has exposure to Real Estate Investment
  • Strong Controls & Governance Mindset
  • A bachelors' degree in a related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
