Business Operations Infra Support Analyst (1 year contract)
|Salary:||S$3500 - S$4200.00 per month|
This position on Enterprise Azure Business Operations Support team is responsible for providing support to key Enterprise Agreement customers and partners globally. This role has responsibility for assessing non-technical support escalations to solve the most challenging usage, reporting and Enterprise Portal problems customers face. The role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, escalating, documenting and communicating to the various stakeholder communities as appropriate for each escalation.
- Start from working on a support queue and manage customer incidences (non-technical). The person will need to be comfortable with technology by engaging all the relevant teams. Support is mostly via email (ticketing queue) or phone call.
- High interaction with the immediate team and broader team based in US.
- Onboarding training provided for 2 weeks follow by hand holding on the job training. Start with basic support scenarios and take on increasing complex support scenario as they gain in knowledge through hands on approach.

We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience with a degree in business administration or business studies. It will be preferable for the candidate to have a good grasp of technical tools and systems, strong communication skills, customer service and the ability to multi-task.
