Business Processing Associate

The role entails two main responsibilities: Firstly, managing Pre-Sales Materials, involving the preparation of high-quality responses for institutional requests like RFPs, and databases to attract investment from both institutional and intermediary clients. This involves collaborating with business and investment teams to refine content, coordinate subject matter experts, and eventually taking full ownership of the RFP process.

Secondly, handling Pitch Book Updates and marketing materials, where the incumbent partners with portfolio managers, product specialists, and data teams to create and update pitch books for key investment strategies. They must be well-versed in these strategies to produce various pre- and post-sales materials. Additionally, supporting the development of materials for sales and marketing teams in Singapore and other regional offices is essential.

Key qualifications include knowledge of investment products, self-motivation, proficiency in English, organizational skills, and a degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is advantageous.
