This position within the COO office primarily involves transversal project management duties with additional responsibilities including organizational tasks and BAU (Business as Usual) activities. The role spans across various departments and countries, focusing on tasks such as IBOR transition tracking, governance review, and SOP updating. Successful candidates should possess strong project management skills, familiarity with banking environments, and excellent written English. The job entails engaging with stakeholders, ensuring project progress, and managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Key attributes sought include organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and the capability to handle pressure. Candidates to be proactive, capable of facing off with senior stakeholders and are encouraged to take ownership of their tasks, including creating their own project documentation.
