Business Project Manager, VP

We are seeking an experienced VP-level Project Manager to lead complex business and technology change initiatives across the APAC region. This role is responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of strategic transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and in line with regulatory and control requirements.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional, front-to-back project teams, oversee budgets and risks, and provide clear, senior-level stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include defining project scope and plans, tracking delivery progress, mitigating risks and dependencies, and embedding change through effective communication and training.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in a high-pressure environment. Experience delivering complex change within an investment banking or global markets environment is essential, along with excellent communication skills and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The position may involve people leadership or senior individual contributor responsibilities, including setting direction, advising senior management, strengthening controls, and contributing to long-term strategic decisions.
