C++ Developer (Low Level/Memory Management)

Our client is a leading global quantitative hedge fund and they are looking for a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

You will join a team responsible for developing the core infrastructure that powers large-scale quantitative research and trading simulations. You will work on high-performance backend systems, optimize memory management, and build the data layer that enables efficient interaction between research platforms and market data. This role offers the opportunity to tackle complex engineering challenges while working alongside world-class software engineers and quantitative researchers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional C++ development experience in a Linux environment.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems programming and operating system fundamentals.
• Strong experience in low level programming.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and building large-scale distributed or high-performance backend systems.
• Experience with memory management and developing efficient, low-latency applications
• Experience in Python development is a bonus
