Calypso Analyst Programmer

Our client is a leading global investment bank renowned for its strong presence in capital markets and commitment to innovation. In this role, you'll play a critical role in supporting the firm's FX post-trade systems, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations, resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvements. This is a hands-on role focused on application monitoring, user support, and enhancing back-office processes within the Calypso platform.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in supporting Calypso (version 16) systems, particularly in a back-office environment

• Good grasp of the full trade lifecycle and strong knowledge of financial products, especially foreign exchange (FX) and money market instruments

• Familiar with a wide range of Calypso modules such as settlement, reconciliation, accounting, workflows, and reporting

• Proven background in Level 2 application support, including issue resolution for business users, system monitoring, and incident management

• Comfortable working in a rotating on-call schedule, including evening and weekend shifts when needed

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
