My client is a NASDAQ-listed company with a strong history within the global blockchain and cryptocurrency exchange business. They are looking to set-up a new entity focused on a trading platform for digital assets as well as expand into the upstream and downstream of the industry value chain.

This role is for a key executive who will lead the operations and development of this venture. The incumbent would be responsible to achieve key KPI's such as user growth and revenue increase as well as ensuring efficient daily operations and controls. Finally, to be forward thinking in the analysis of industry trends; continuing to innovate on the product and ways to grow the business.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 5+ years' of leadership experience
  • Experience and knowledge in the derivatives/trading/banking industry
  • Knowledge of crypto/blockchain is a plus
  • Management Experience
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
