CFO

A fast-growing, technology-driven investment platform is seeking a CFO/Head of Finance to join its leadership team in Singapore-a key strategic and regulatory hub. With operations across Asia and a growing global presence, the firm delivers next-generation investing experiences to both retail and institutional clients.

Role Overview:

This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded, execution-focused finance professional. You'll partner with the CEO/GM and executive team to shape financial strategy, drive operational excellence, manage treasury and capital planning, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple markets. Beyond reporting, you'll act as a strategic business partner helping to scale the company sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and decision support
• Own end-to-end cash flow and treasury management across multi-entity, multi-currency operations
• Build scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with MAS and other regional regulators
• Support capital raising, investor communications, and valuation analysis
• Hire and lead a high-performing finance and compliance team

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in a senior finance role in securities, fintech, brokerage, or trading firm preferred
• Proven expertise in cash flow management, operational finance, and strategic planning
• Hands-on treasury experience across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
• Familiar with MAS regulations and regional financial market dynamics
• CPA or CFA preferred; MBA a plus
• Track record of scaling finance functions and supporting fundraising efforts
