Our client, a global European Bank, is looking to hire a change analyst to improving the process and assessing impact of proposed changes. Further, to work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate continuous process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience and a good understanding of operational processes in financial services industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong risk and control mindset
