Complaints Handling or Customer Services background
Our client is a top tier bank with a strong regional presence and an excellent reputation in the market. They currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Vice President to run the complaints handling process for the commercial banking business.
You will run the programme effectively and ensure the controls and frameworks are in place for the process to go smoothly.
You will investigate the complaints in order to identify the causes and interact with internal stakeholders to make sure this will not happen again.
You will design and implement the management information framework .
You will coordinate the programme and liaise with senior stakeholders such as COO.
As the subject matter expert for complaints handling you will sit in the committees and advise the business on the latest trends and strategic decisions to be made.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Excellent track records in Complaints Management
Process Driven and strong stakeholder management experience are required
Compliance/ investigations exposure, risk and control mindset
+12 years' relevant work experience
Banking Background is a must, Commercial Banking is preferred
