Chief Compliance Officer APAC

Job description

Our client is a leading firm in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Due to continued growth globally, they are looking for a leader to drive expansion plans in APAC while remaining compliant.

Overseeing the local Chief Compliance Officers, you will work closely with the legal and product teams to drive growth in the region. You will also design and implement compliance programme, while ensuring efficient resource allocations.

Requirements:

  • More than 10-15 years' compliance experience in cryptocurrency or fintech industry
  • Track record in building teams and expanding business in new markets
  • Ability to foster effective relationship with diverse groups of people
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good understanding of APAC regulatory landscape
