With large market share and a mission to reshape the financial ecosystem, they're scaling fast - and looking for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence across the board.

About The Role

As COO, you'll be the CEO's right hand - leading operations, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring execution across strategy, compliance, finance, technology, and investor relations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments and can drive performance at both strategic and tactical levels.

What You'll Own

• Operations & Strategy: Lead the operations team and support Sales/IR to execute the company's strategic roadmap.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure regulatory alignment, manage audits, and strengthen risk controls.
• Data, Finance & Tech: Collaborate with finance and tech teams to improve operational efficiency and launch new initiatives.
• Culture & People: Lead HR to build a high-performance culture and strong leadership pipeline.
• Performance Monitoring: Drive reporting (MIS), track KPIs, and surface insights for improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Represent the CEO in external engagements and lead investor relations strategy.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in fintech/digital finance or financial services; prior COO or senior executive leader experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of SEC regulations, compliance, and audit processes.
• Hands-on mindset - from strategic thinking to data-driven execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High adaptability and resilience in high-growth, high-change environments.
• Language skills in Thai and English is a must for stakeholder and team management purpose.
