Sector Development - CIB Strategy - Associate Director/Director

My client is a leading global bank. Due to continued business expansion, they are looking to expand their Strategy team and are looking for an experienced individual to join their Sector Development vertical.

This role can be applicable to ex front line bankers, CIB strategy consultants or also more strategically inclined business managers. The candidate will look at helping the banks RM's and BD team to drive engagement within certain large industry sectors. They will look at how best to grow and manage this business; consistently researching trends and also making sure the RM's are equipped with this knowledge and also upskilled on which products would suit these clients best. Finally, they will also run the PMO and other special initiatives around this.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 5-8 years' of experience
  • Experience in Corporate Banking is preferred
  • Knowledge of industries such as Real Estate, Automobile, Healthcare or Tech is beneficial
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
