CIO/CFO

I'm currently partnering with a Family Office who is looking for a CIO/CFO to join their team in Singapore. In this position, you will play a crucial role in establishing and overseeing the investment and financial management of the family office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Management and Investment Oversight:

   • Manage and oversee investments, including structuring, researching, advisory, and consulting.
   • Structure various investment opportunities and handle transactional experience in deal-making.

2. Portfolio Management:

   • Understand and manage portfolios.
   • Strategize to maintain and enhance the value of investments.

3. Stakeholder Management:

   • Act as the primary liaison between the family and the family office, managing all stakeholders effectively.

4. Traditional Finance Controllership and Operations:

   • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, audit, and tax compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 15 years in investment and financial management, preferably in a family office or similar setting.
