Client Onboarding Analyst/Associate, Global Bank

Job description

A global investment bank is currently hiring for a Level 2, KYC and Client Onboarding Specialist for their Wealth Management team.

Singapore if this bank's APAC HQ and hence this team gets a lot of exposure to various deals and types of customers. This is a checker role and the incumbent will have the opportunity to work closely with front office team to facilitate the account opening procedures. As a Level 2 checker, he/she will prepare regular reports for management and be aware of local regulations and guidelines.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Wealth Management/Private Banking
  • Good understanding of AML requirements and account documentation
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Understanding of operational risk and how it influences the client onboarding process
  • Team player who is eager to learn
