The Client Relationship Associate will handle account closures for clients leaving the bank for various reasons. The primary responsibilities include managing and closing accounts efficiently, ensuring smooth client experiences, and adhering to regulatory requirements. A typical day involves processing account closure transactions, conducting due diligence checks, communicating with clients, providing administrative support, offering feedback on process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key qualifications include excellent interpersonal skills, client-centric focus, problem-solving abilities, familiarity with wealth management, and relevant experience in finance and banking, preferably in client-facing roles. Multilingual skills and certification in CACS 1 & 2 are advantageous.
