Client Services AVP, Global Corporate Bank

A global bank is hiring for a Client Services Representative. This will be covering the corporate banking functions.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Engage with clients and respond to any queries across corporate banking products (cash management, loans, deposits, FX)
• Provide positive client experience for clients and ensure retention
• Co-ordinate amongst internal stakeholders on any proactive outreach to clients or to obtain information

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in a similar client facing role covering corporate banking products
• Knowledge of cash management, FX, deposits and loans products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player who can thrive in environment with deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Accountancy/Finance or similar areas of discipline
