My client, an international asset manager, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Manager to support the daily operations of client servicing activities, including reporting, Transfer Agent coordination, and administrative functions. This role involves timely and accurate delivery of fund data (NAVs, factsheets, reports), client communication, regulatory support, and KYC due diligence for onboarding and periodic reviews. The ideal candidate will liaise closely with internal teams, distributors, registrars, and global offices to support cross-border fund distribution, manage operational queries, and drive service excellence.

Strong knowledge of investment products and excellent communication skills are required. A degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent is preferred. The incumbent should be conversant in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients. CMFAS certifications (M3, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A) will be an advantage; candidates without these should demonstrate a willingness to obtain them.
