Our client is a leading financial services institution with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore. They have over 170 years of longstanding history and is a household brand name across many countries globally.

They are currently looking for a high - calibre Cloud & SRE Engineer to join their technology team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the design, architecture and automation of CI/CD pipeline, cloud specific containers and workflows to be deployed onto their public cloud environments (AWS, Azure) solutions to deploy and migrate their systems from on - prem to public cloud platforms. You will also be expected to develop and enhance their current Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practice.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer or other related fields of study
• Has at least 3 years of software engineering experience with keen interest to transit into a SRE / DevOps role
• Strong programming expertise in either Java, Python and Go, C# or C/C++
• Strong background in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Exposure to container orchestrations tools such as Docker and Kubernetes will be a good plus
• Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Confluence, Bamboo, Jira etc. to build CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience working with internet or tech companies is a nice to have
