Cloud Solution Architect (Microsoft 365)

About The Role

We are partnering with a large MNC to identify a Cloud Solution Architect focusing on modern workplace solutions and cloud transformation on a regional scale. This role provides hands-on experience in solution architecture, project management across the APAC region, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies and cloud ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of modern work solutions using Microsoft Teams, Azure, and related technologies
• Drive improvements in APAC-wide device management, security, and compliance practices
• Lead Microsoft 365 adoption, implementation, and migration projects
• Produce operational documentation and deliver technical upskilling (e.g., Intune, Defender)
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for migration and modernization projects
• Develop and drive cloud adoption strategies (Azure, AWS)
• Create solution proposals, cost estimates, and support contract engagements

Requirements

• 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in cloud/modern work/infrastructure architecture
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and network/cloud infrastructure
• Proven experience with M365 migration, cloud migration and infrastructure engineering
• Good communication, teamwork abilities, project management and change management skills
