Compliance Controls Associate

Our client is a global investment firm and they are looking for compliance professionals to join the team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Implement compliance monitoring platforms and ensure controls are in compliance with the firm's Gifts and Entertainment Policy
• Review and investigate electronic communication alerts
• Provide advice on the Personal Investments Policy, respond to system related queries and ex-post periodic review to support the personal investment requests of staff
• Provide support on system enhancements for the implementation of robust and effective controls
• Maintain Compliance dashboards, update the Chinese Wall status of staff and manage Compliance checklists

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field
• 2-5 years' experience in compliance monitoring platform, Financial Crime Compliance, Gift & Entertainment or reviewing communication alerts in Banks/ Financial Institutions
• Possess knowledge of the financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, adaptable and driven
