Compliance Manager- Crypto

I am representing my client, a strongly backed company within the Crypto space to grow their team here in Singapore.

Apart from crypto, their trading platform includes securities and commodities as well.

They are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to develop compliance policies and framework, work with MAS and Legal Counsel on license application matters, and provide compliance training to staff. You will keep abreast of the regulatory changes and advise business units on the impact on business.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline, IBFA/ ACAMS certification would be advantageous
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in Crypto, Fintech or international banks
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese clients is required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be based in Singapore currently
