Compliance Manager (Lead)

Job description

A fast-growing, ambitious fintech firm is currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the individual will lead regulatory relationships with regulators, and manage the compliance function.

The successful candidate must have the following:

5+ years' experience in regulatory compliance, with a good understanding of AML/CFT and KYC
Familiarity with Payment Services Act
Ambition and drive to succeed and deliver
Advantageous to have experience working in a start-up
