Compliance Officer

I'm currently collaborating with a global financial services firm that is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their growing team. In this position, you will oversee all internal controls, procedures, and policies. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing the compliance program for operations, monitoring the effectiveness of compliance measures, providing training, leading internal investigations, implementing quality control measures, and working closely with global compliance teams.

This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, with CA/CS.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing compliance programs, within a financial services firm
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of SEBI regulations
• Excellent communication skills
