[Construction] Senior Project Manager

Role Overview
Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, safety standards, and cost control across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop master program, budget, and manpower plan to meet contractual requirements.

• Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and implement training.

• Uphold quality standards, company policies, and ISO documentation.

Ideal Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 15 years' local experience in large-scale projects (residential, factory, office, or warehouse).

• Proven track record as Project Manager in at least one major project.

• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
