Job description

Our client is looking for a COO to lead the product, marketing, compliance and product growth teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests. Further, to design operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business as well as build and maintain proactive alignment with IT team and internal stakeholders, including product, finance, customer support, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure product can be launched in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking, fintech or crypto industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent Chinese and English is a must to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in China
