Corporate Actions Analyst/ Associate

Our client is one of the largest financial services institutions globally, with a strong presence in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst/ Associate to join their expanding team.

Your new role

• Accurately process and validate corporate action events (dividends, mergers, rights issues, stock splits, etc.) across multiple markets
• Monitor and reconcile corporate action entitlements, ensuring timely and accurate updates in internal systems
• Liaise with custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and obtain required documentation
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and other support teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate action events
• Prepare clear and concise reports for management and ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate actions or securities operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex event processing
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
