Our client, a leading global online broker, is looking to hire a Corporate Actions Executive to join their growing and dynamic Operations team. Responsibilities include processing end-to-end processing for mandatory and voluntary events, daily interpretation, monitoring, scrubbing and notification of complex corporate action events in the global market, as well as the reconcilement, monitoring and posting of entitlements.

Qualifications:

• Ideally 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Actions, with strong knowledge of Equities
• Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking will be beneficial
• Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must to deal with counterparty in China regularly
