Our client, a leading global online broker, is looking to hire an Operations Executive - Corporate Actions to join their growing and dynamic Operations team. This newly created position will handle End-to-End CA Event processing for mandatory and voluntary Corporate Action events as well as daily interpretation, monitoring, scrubbing and notification of complex corporate action events in the global market as well as the reconcilement, monitoring and posting of entitlements.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience, candidates without experience are welcomed to apply
  • Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives will be beneficial
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must to deal with counterparty in China regularly
