Corporate Finance Manager (M&A / Financial Modelling)

My client is a reputable engineering company, they are currently looking for a high calibre Corporate Finance Manager to join them.

Reporting directly to the Head of department, you will be responsible for perfoming financial and valuation analysis, financial modelling, M&A, research of strategic transactions and credit analysis.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of financial modelling experience within MNC environment
• Experience in energy industry would be a plus
