Clients Relationship Manager (Employee Benefits)
Identify and prospect potential client for Employee Benefits ("EB") to drive incremental business in the direct segment
Set up meetings with key stakeholders/ decision makers of companies
Conduct presentation/ employee communication sessions to clients
Assist in the strategy to develop direct channel and be responsible on the implementation of key sales initiative and campaigns
Lead/ Initiate sales related projects that supports EB distribution to increase sales opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's in business or related fields of study
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in employee benefits
CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications
