Corporate Sales Team Lead (Employee Benefits)
- Lead a team of Corporate Sales Managers and is accountable for the KPIs and development of the team
- Identify key segments and formulate sales strategies in achieving your team's overall sales targets and deliverables
- Look beyond existing solutions and own area to define/resolve complex issues in new situation
- Identify & prospect potential client to drive incremental business in the direct segment
- Lead/ Initiate sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase sales opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
- Minimum 5 of relevant experience with employee benefits environment with at least 3 years of experience leading a team
- CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
