Corporate Secretarial Officer

A leading Insurance firm is on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Secretary.
This is an Officer role, where the candidate will be tasked to draft simple and routine resolutions, track the circulation of resolutions and documents for signatures, and also update and upkeep the corporate secretarial and corporate governance databases and libraries among others.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- 3-5 years experience in house corporate secretarial experience
- Experience in MNC preferred
- Detail oriented and meticulous work attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management
