A leading Insurance provider is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Secretary.
This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager in the Corporate Secretarial function, and will assist the Senior manager in discharging Corporate Secretarial duties including drafting of simple or routine resolutions, updating Corporate Secretarial databases, and providing general administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial function.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- 3-5 years experience in Corporate secretarial duties
- Experience in Insurance/ listed entities would be advantageous
- Certificate in Fundamentals of Corporate Secretarial Practice would be advantageous
- Pro active and good attitude towards learning
